so it seems like the power goes out a lot in Shire

The power goes out a lot in Shire. I don't call it a black out because it happens a lot during the day, when it's light out, so it doesn't feel "black".

When the power is out I don't have internet, and without internet I can't do work. At least, I couldn't send emails for a while today so I couldn't do any work.  So maybe I'll write some things on a word doc when I have nothing else to do. 

We'll see how that progresses.
